DIY: Do it yourself cute small bow pin
Overnight I got quiet a few asking me how I made my home made bow in my ‘i want Candy!’ video. So here it is, simple, easy and cute!
All you need is:
- Bobby pins
- Ribbons
- Thread
- Needle
- Light and candle (*be careful when sealing a ribbon using the fire method :)*
*No messy gluing
There are TONS of different ways to make home made bows. This is just a little something I used to make growing up while playing around in my mom’s craft stash
Enjoy!

A little known “song” by the greatest man ever to grace the world of comedy, Spike Milligan.
And although neither this video nor Spike will get any better, Spike remains hilarious.
“Lyrics” (and I’m pretty sure Spike just spoke gibberish at points, he loved nonsense)
Sold to mrs elanor clot for 2 guineas. Lot number 4

Hi,
Sounds like you're looking to just do this as a hobby.. if so, I'd pick up some wax at the craft store. If you were going to to do this as a business, than I'd suggest talking with a wholesale outlet. Lonestarcandle.com is a good wholesale supplier. But, just as a hobby, I'd recommend going to any craft store. Just make sure you get paraffin wax and not the canning wax. I've made several candles as gifts.. Its a fun hobby. If you yahoo "candle making" it will give you all sorts of fun sites to visit to get various ideas on how to make candles. Have fun!

how do i price my crafts? do i have to charge tax when i sell a craft item?if i do how do i go about doing it?is there any paticular craft fair thats ecspecially good to sell my crafts at?what kind of crafts sell good?(decorative pots, candles, flower arrangements, wreaths, etc.what about selling over the internet or e-bay.
First i think it depends on where you are located and the craft show you are attending though it does sound like you want to sort of start a craft business so it follows that you could register your business and just start off small as a home based business search on the internet on how to register your business and also visit a tax consultant and your local chamber of commerce. They will have listings for shows and will also advice you about registering your business because even if you do decide to go the ebay way or a website eventually you may have a fully fledged business.
Wishing you success

Microwaving just an ordinary 40 watt lightbulb unleashed a rather extraordinary surprise of massive and very stable ball lightning that just hovered around on the microwave ceiling for a whole minute. I had to just it off because it was eating it’s way right through the microwave as a 3″ bulge started to appear on top of the microwave. Usually ball lightning only occurs in the candle experiment with a glass, this had no glass making this the first time I had ever seen anything like this. Remember, microwaving food is for morons.
