A good website/shop/place from which I can order candle making kits/supplies?

-Something preferably cheaper but good quality

- useful for a beginner in candle making

- if expensive, worth the price

- or a good bargain

- preferably contains all ingredients/equipment for making my first candle

if possible, suggest somewhere in the UK, so delivery wont cost too much…or an actual STORE in central london where I can go and buy supplies, without having to order off the internet.
