Yes there is. Just go to a craft shop such as Lincraft and ask the shop assistant, I'm pretty sure that they will have it

yeah my aunt bought me one from liek walmarts craft center when i was little.
and my sisters friend made me a star one. she got it from toys r us or soemthing i think

Yes there are candle making kits on the market and here are a few things you should know before getting started:
1) Candle making involves the use of high temps, flammable materials, and potentially dangerous chemicals. It must only be done with adult supervision!
2) Not all kits are created equal. Hobby stores like Michael's, etc, kits are all over priced but will likely have what you needed to get started.
Your kit should have at least:
Wax, Dye, Scent, wick, Containers/Molds, and instructions
You will also need (and likely not provided in the kit):
Double Boiler (for safely melting wax), thermometer, pot (for pouring), and various household tools (scissors, paper towels, knife, etc).
3) There are many different types of candles (votive, tea-lights, pillar, Gel, Soy, etc), so make sure you know what your kit is going to make and that it is the type you want.
