its not a paper, its a napkin, and yes it is the napkin burning, and the reason its not burning fast is cuz the oil is stoppng it from burning like wax

why dont u ask cody lundin, a survival expert who showed this idea in a video, were u stock up on stuff for natural disaster situations because you have to leave ur house in a disaster, and u need cooking oil to cook food, and u can find a tin can anywere and u already will have toilet paper.

its a good idea and i like it but it just seems like it wouldnt be all that usefull, especialy because it can probably spill easily
