ALL THE PRETTY STARS AND ANGELS
SCENTED CANDLES GOLD AND SILVER
GLITTER THAT PEELS OFF AND MAKES A
MESS RIGHT ON MY BRAND NEW SWEATER
WHICH I GOT ME AS A PRESENT
CAUSE THIS YEAR I’LL BE EVEN BETTER
I’LL PUT UP THE DECORATIONS
BAKE THOSE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
I WILL CLEAN ALL FLOORS AND WINDOWS
MAKE MY HUSBAND PUT THE LIGHTS UP
OUR NEIGHBORS WILL BE HAPPY
AND I’LL HOST A SIT DOWN DINNER
I’LL INVITE THAT LONELY STRANGER
WHICH REMINDS ME I STILL HAVE TO
BUY ANOTHER SERVING PLATTER
AND SINCE I AM GOING SHOPPING
I SHOULD REALLY BUY THE PRESENTS
ONLY THREE PER PERSON THIS YEAR
WHICH MEANS I CAN’T TAKE THE SMALL CAR
WELL INSTEAD I’LL CALL AROUND
I HAVE TO MAKE A FEW APPOINTMENTS
GET MY HAIR DONE, GO SEE SANTA
HAVE A FAMILY PHOTO TAKEN
GOSH, I WISH MY MOM LIVED CLOSER
SHE COULD WATCH THE KIDS WHILE I RUN
CHRISTMAS ERRANDS, HELP OUT AT THE
LOCAL SHELTER, VISIT MY OLD TEACHER
AT THE NURSING HOME I WONDER
IF SHE STILL IS THERE.
THIS YEAR I WILL TAKE EACH MOMENT
SMELL EACH FRAGRANCE, SING EACH CAROL
AND I WILL SPEND TIME WITH MY KIDS
I WILL READ TO THEM ABOUT THE
POLAR EXPRESS, SANTA’S RAINDEER
AND OF COURSE ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED
ON THAT NIGHT WHEN CHRIST WAS BORN
IN BETHLEHEM I JUST REMEMBERED
LAST YEAR MARY’S ARM GOT BROKEN
I SHOULD REALLY BUY A NEW SET
AND THE CARDS I MEANT TO SEND
WILL BE DELIVERED LATE AGAIN
BUT THIS YEAR I WILL TAKE THAT WORKSHOP
HOW TO MAKE A WREATH WITH BERRIES
SKIP THE WORKSHOP — I STILL HAVE TO
MAIL THAT BOX OF COOKIES TO MY
DAD, MY GOD I FEEL LIKE FAINTING
I FORGOT TO EAT THIS MORNING…

the first time i …
the first time i ever heard of tatiana was march 23. i will remember that date til my death bed. my sunday school teacher brought in the i thirst concert DVD and we watched the entire concert. she is the greatest singer i have ever heard. and the things that she comes up with is wonderful and has such great meaning to it. especially this song; i didn’t understand it that much when i first watched this on youtube but now i get it.

Its dead cute, she has the accent and words exactly what a foregian might write, spot on… so good… didnt know she was this good, i was little when she sang all the hits like ‘Bube su u glavi’ hehhe

When I heard you …
When I heard you sing this in concert, right before Christmas, You changed me. I didn’t want to go the concert because I had too many things to do, but after hearing this, I knew/learned that we need to stop, listen and enjoy life! The other stuff is not that important! Thank you! I was soo glad I went!
