word of mouth…donate some,give away whatever but get your product out there so people can talk about it….take a few scents to a gift shop or home store and just ask them to use them and try them out…supply cards with your contact info

Most communities with a few high schools usually have some sort of craft show where you can rent a booth. check with the largest town around you to find out other avenues.

No commercial ad. is necessary.
Tell your close friends and neighbours; even a local neighborhood shop is the right approach.
